These Terms and Conditions apply to the "doodoo" service provided by doodoo ("Company"), including the entire website and mobile application, and apply between the member and the company. Therefore, please read the entire contents carefully before registering and using the service. The Company can provide normal service only to members who agree to the following. If you disagree, all services provided by doodoo are not available.

Article 1. purpose

e. Point: means the payment method equivalent to cash on the internet that can be used to use the paid service provided by doodoo. It will expire after 1 year from the coupon usage date or free payment date or purchase date. Points can not be converted or refunded, and may expire for operational reasons.
f. Member's Information : means all data registered by doodoo members and all data and logs generated by member's use of doodoo's services.
g. Items: means all the services and all items needed to use the service provided by doodoo. It will be extinguished after the expiration date, and the paid service or item purchased can not be converted or refunded.
Article 3. Effect of the Terms

Article 4. GOVERNING LAW
Doodoo's services are operated and controlled by offices located in the Republic of Korea. This service is accessible from many countries around the world. Article 5. Membership and Membership Management

e. The Company may reserve or refuse membership approval if a member applying for membership or completing the membership in accordance with the method in Paragraph A below falls under any of the following: It is possible to deny the membership of the member from the membership and totally refuse the use of the service, The Company shall not be held responsible for any disadvantage caused by this.

f. You can only be an adult based on the age of your country, and the company can set the upper or lower limit of your age to ensure smooth service. The service may be discontinued for members who have exceeded the membership age limit due to a change in the terms of service.
g. doodoo's service is limited to users over the age of 18.
Article 6. Member Profile
doodoo may forfeit the member's right from members who violate the terms and conditions below, and may entirely refuse to use the service, and the company shall not be held responsible for any disadvantage caused by the doodoo.
a. The Company shall if the Member's profile is as follows: 1) If there is a risk of personal information leakage, 2) anti-societal, 3) There is a risk of misidentification as a company or an operator of the company, 4) If you are not properly entered due to problems in the writing process 5) If the information entered or registered by the member is different from the fact (false information) 6) If you suspect that you have stolen information of someone else, Your administrator can edit or delete your profile, and you can ask the member to edit it.
b. If your company believes it is necessary to provide a stable service, you may be asked to hold membership or require proof of identification.
c. After membership registration, member's profile modification is monitored. If necessary for profile management at the time of profile review and monitoring, the contents of the profile can be modified and deleted by the review officer, and may ask the Member for correction.
d. The Company shall if the Member's nickname is as follows: 1) If there is a risk of personal information leakage, 2) anti-societal, 3) There is a risk of misidentification as a company or an operator of the company, 4) If you are not properly entered due to problems in the writing process, Your administrator can edit or delete your nickname, and you can ask the member to edit it.
e. In the course of membership or monitoring, if a member intentionally conceals malicious information, or has been modified after monitoring of the operator in charge, but the operator is not found, the relevant information may be exposed to other members. In this case, the member who discovers it can report it to the operator. Reported members are subject to sanctions under Article 11 of these Terms and Conditions.
f. If the content or photo of the profile is inappropriate or necessary for management purposes, the operator can modify or delete it.
Article 7. Service Use Liability
a. The member is responsible for the damage caused by mental and physical damage during use of the service.
b. Members are responsible for the damage caused by mental and physical damage caused by the mobile application installed through doodoo.
c. Members themselves are responsible for any damages caused by false profiles or false photos.
d. The member who registered the false information is responsible for any damage caused by the false profile or false photo of others.
e. Members who have registered a false profile or false photo are responsible for any damage caused by the registered false information.
f. doodoo is not responsible for any interactions or actions between members on or outside the service. You must not provide your financial information (such as bank account information or credit card) to other members, and you are responsible for any damages resulting therefrom. You must not send money to other members by wire transfer or otherwise, and you are responsible for any damages resulting therefrom. You are solely responsible for any interactions or actions with other members. doodoo does not represent or endorse the member's actions, and all responsibility lies with the member.
g. Members themselves are responsible for any damages caused by the profile or photo you have registered.
h. Members themselves are responsible for any damages caused by your conversations or interactions.
i. Doodoo's service is limited to users over the age of 18, and Members themselves are responsible for any damages incurred when users under the age of 18 subscribe and use it in an illegal manner.
j. doodoo is not responsible for any copyright damage caused by your registered profile, photos or other information, and all responsibility lies with you.
Article 8. Types and Scope of Services
a. Members can become members by joining the doodoo service.
b. doodoo Premium 1. doodoo Premium service is not eligible for cash / refund, cancellation or refund.
2. Doodoo Premium service is only available within the time limit.
3. Doodoo Premium Services are subject to the policies set by the Company.
4. If a member deletes a service account or deletes a service account due to a member's liability, all paid services purchased for that account will be automatically deleted upon account deletion.
In the event of a restriction on the use of a service account due to a member's reason, all paid services will not be available during the term of use of the account.
5. If there is an error in the paid service, the member shall apply for correction to the company within 30 days from the occurrence of the error, and the company can adjust it within 30 days from the date of application for correction. However, the member must present to the company materials that can prove errors or judge the phenomenon.
6. The Company may terminate or change the paid services after prior notification for reasons of business, technical or operational reasons, and the Company shall give advance notice at least fifteen days prior notice. Paid services that have not been used until the service end date that is notified in advance may expire.
c. The Company may request revision and supplementation of the Member's information in order to provide high-quality service, and may limit the use of the Service to members who have created inappropriate information in accordance with our internal regulations.
d. The Company may restrict the use of services by members who have committed inappropriate or inappropriate conduct outside of the Service or have performed an improper act.
e. Any member who is suspended or forcibly withdrawn due to an act in violation of Article 11 or whose membership is terminated due to voluntary withdrawal will be deleted.
f. The company may request identity verification for profile information entered by members.
Identity verification of profile information is accomplished by submitting company identification documents to the company, or by re-confirming and agreeing to the profile information the member has entered.
Depending on the method and procedure of identity verification, you may request a separate identification fee from the member.
The company does not know the correctness of the personal information from the date of the identification date to the date of use of the service, and the member has the obligation to maintain and update the personal information of the member with the latest accurate personal information.
Members are responsible for the problems caused by this and the company is not responsible.
The Company may be liable to the Member for legal liability for internal and external damages arising from related issues.
g. It is the parties' responsibility to act (contact and meet) between the members after being connected at doodoo. Therefore, you should decide carefully the place and time of actual contact or meeting.
h. When a member joins doodoo, the member enters false or corrupt information and the company does not bear legal responsibility for it.
Article 9. Payment, Refund and Cancellation of Payment
a. Members can use the paid services through various payment methods provided by the company. If the payment is processed abnormally and requests normal processing, the company is obliged to process the payment amount of the member normally.
b. The Company may cancel or refund the amount charged and paid through fraudulent or prohibited methods.
c. Members may receive cancellation, refund, and compensation from the Company pursuant to the provisions of Section D below if there are any of the following reasons: 1. If there is no service available through payment and the company is entirely responsible for the service (except for unavoidable circumstances such as periodic system check)
2. If the payment is duplicated due to a system error of the company or the payment agency
3. If the company notifies the member of cancellation due to company's fault, such as service interruption
4. For other consumer protection purposes.
5. If a Member requests a refund for a paid service that the member has not used within 7 days of the paid payment, a refund can be made and the paid service paid for operational reasons or the points paid for the points and coupon usage, The refund policy does not apply to points and points.
d. The refund and cancellation process is as follows: 1. Members who want a refund must apply through the Customer Center to verify that they are a member and apply for a refund at the same time that they are certified.

e. The Company shall ensure that the information

i. If the member's registration information proves to be false information or does not meet the conditions of membership during the identity verification process, it will be suspended and forcible withdrawal, and the refund will not be possible due to the reason of the member's fault.
k. Refunds and rewards are non-refundable and can not be reimbursed or reimbursed by any means.
l. The Company will not process refunds and cancellations if it falls under each of the following items even if it falls under each item of Section 9C.

2. For paid services and points earned by winning or participating

5. If the member has not paid for it

Article 10. Obligations of the Company
a. The company is committed to providing consistent and reliable services.
b. The Company has the obligation to forcibly remove members who violate Company-defined Terms and Operating Policies or laws, or to pursue legal proceedings in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
c. The Company makes every effort to provide convenience to its customers in the procedures and contents of contracts with its members, such as the conclusion of contracts for use, changes in contracts, and termination.
Article 11. Membership Obligations
Personal information and profiles (photos and keywords, etc.) created when you sign up must be true. In addition, personal information that is changed after a certain period of time should be updated continuously by myself. The disadvantage caused by failure to perform in good faith is the responsibility of the member himself.
a. Personal information entered by the member must be true and any liability, including legal liability to any other doodoo member, shall be borne by the member if the member enters false or other fraudulent information.
b. The company does not guarantee the member information. In addition, the responsibility for the problem between the member and the user of the service is solely attributed to the member, and the service should be used after careful consideration.
c. Members should always be aware of the doodoo announcements. Responsibility for any problems arising from failure to perform the above obligations will be the responsibility of the Member.
d. Members shall not engage in any of the following acts:
1. Unlawful acquisition of doodoo's membership information
2. Doodoo homepage or application that makes it difficult to operate normally by using other hacking or similar programs (eg hacking or virus spreading, dissolving attacks, etc.)
3. The act of stealing someone's personal information, ID or password.
4. The act of registering personal information as false or others.
5. manipulate the advertising process in an improper way, or obtain a paid service or point.
6. Registration of ads with inappropriate content.
7. Propagate false facts about doodoo or otherwise interfere with work

8. Doing crimes or illegal activities using other doodoo services and facilities.
9. To defame or disgrace another member or to create and disseminate it
10. The act of registering or circulating a work that hinders public order, morality, and good morals.
11. Illegal sale of goods or commerce within an application or site.
12. Posting sexually explicit material and videos.
13. Unauthorized capture (save) of profile and personal information (profile, photo, nickname, etc.) provided by doodoo, Any member who violates the items specified in the above items can be forcibly withdrawn and will be held legally responsible.
e. doodoo Membership rights can not be transferred or sold to others.
f. In addition to the normal method allowed by doodoo, if you misuse the doodoo service through improper behavior or service that may cause harm to others, it may be forcibly withdrawn and the company will not be held responsible for any damage caused by it.
f. The Company may not be able to access all or part of the information created by the customer or for any reason, either for operational or technical reasons, and the Company shall not be held responsible for any damages caused by it. To this end, the member shall keep the information he or she writes separately without any harm.
g. Any violation of these Terms or any other related laws and regulations will be forfeited without any warning and the Company will not make any compensation to the Member.
Article 12. Termination of Contract
doodoo accepts the following conditions as a termination condition of the contract:
a. Application for withdrawal by the member (if you leave the website or application and give your opinion to the company)
b. Members who fail to perform their duties faithfully, violate the provisions of the Terms, violate relevant laws, or harm other members or companies may be subject to forced withdrawal without prior notice.
c. If it is determined that the contract is difficult to fulfill due to the conditions of the membership, the arbitrary account can be suspended and terminated. (Eg, death or missing, dormant members who have not been active for a period of time, etc.)
d. The contract may be terminated by the Company if the other member does the act in accordance with Article 5 (e).
Article 13. Indemnification Clause
a. The Company may change the services it provides in accordance with its operational or technical needs. The content of the service to be changed and the date of service, etc. are posted on the homepage of the company or the announcement in the doodoo application, or notified to the member by E-mail, SMS, application, or web. However, if there are unavoidable circumstances such as a fatal bug that the company can not notify in advance, a server device defect, emergency security problem solving, etc., it is possible to notify after the fact.
b. The Company may limit or suspend all or any part of the Services if any of the following are true: 1. If there is a force majeure such as an exhibit, incident, natural disaster or national emergency
2. In case of interruption of normal service due to blackouts, breakdown of facilities or runaway usage
3. If there is unavoidable reason such as maintenance or construction of service facility
4. If the company can not provide services due to all circumstances

c. If the Company needs to suspend all or part of the service due to service reorganization, operational or company emergency situation, the company may notify the notice on the homepage or application and discontinue the service. g. The Company shall not be responsible for the reliability and accuracy of the information created by members and shall be exempted from liability for damages caused by mental or physical damage.
h. The copyright of the information written by the member in the post of the company belongs to the member, and all the civil and criminal liability arising from the problems such as the truth of the post, defamation, copyright infringement is the responsibility of the member.
i. The Company shall be exempted from liability for suspension of service in the event of replacement, suspension or restructuring due to server maintenance required for the use of the member's service.
j. Members are liable for any problems that arise from failing to observe the notice on the home page being served or notice of notice in the doodoo application.
k. The company does not guarantee member identity. In addition, even if a member inflicts economic, mental, or material damage on another member, the responsibility lies with the member who is the perpetrator.
l. The company does not have any control over the phenomenon that occurs in the place linked to the third site address which is displayed by the banner advertisement on the company site, etc., and it follows the operation policy of the site. The site and its members are responsible for any problems that arise.
m. The Company shall not be liable for any loss incurred by a member in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
n. The Company shall be exempted from liability for any problems arising out of the material to which the member has made the disclosure.
o. If you sell or transfer an ID or member's authority to a third party without the company's consent, you may be deprived of your membership and may file a civil complaint or criminal complaint or accusation. In addition, all damages resulting from this will be attributed to the member who has illegally sold / transferred membership rights.

The Company shall be exempted from liability for deletion and restoration when the information for the convenience of the Company or any information created by the Operational or Technical Member is deleted or can not be recovered, and shall be exempted from liability for damages caused by mental or physical damage.

w. You are responsible for all damages, including economic, mental, and material damage, that you have suffered due to information that is inflicted on another person or other member, and the company is exempted from liability for damages such as mental and physical damage.
x. Responsibility for information such as profiles and photos registered in the service is the responsibility of the party who registered the information and all responsibility for damages including economic, psychological and material damages caused by the information belongs to the member who registered the information, Etc., are exempt from liability.
z. The responsibility for all damages, including economic, mental and material damages, is the responsibility of the member who entered the wrong email or member information at the time of membership, and the member is responsible for the information registered. Responsibility for damage is waived.
aa. If the company does not send the e-mail to the member due to delays or errors in sending e-mails, the company is exempted from liability for damages caused by mental or physical damage.
bb. In case of failure to send the message due to delays or errors in sending messages between members, the company is exempted from liability for damages caused by mental or physical damage.
cc. The Company shall be exempted from liability for damages such as mental and material damage caused by the leakage of member information due to malicious acts or attacks by others.
dd. The company's service is limited to users over the age of 18 and is exempted from liability for damage caused by users under the age of 18.
ee. The company is exempted from liability for damage caused by members' conversations or interactions.
ff. The company is exempted from liability for damage caused by the member's actions on or outside the service.
gg. The company is exempted from liability for copyright damage caused by a member's registered profile, photo, or other information.
hh. In the event of a dispute between members, the company is exempted from liability for all damages caused by it.
ii. The company is not responsible for any content and information that you or other members or third parties register, post, transmit or receive through the service.
jj. The company is exempted from liability for any damage caused by false information or false profile registered by you or other members or third parties.
Article 14. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED
If you access or use any website or service outside of the Republic of Korea, you are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.
Article 15. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, WEBSITES AND THE INTERNET WILL BE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
Article 16. Mobile Application Link
Provides links to mobile applications provided by third parties for the convenience of members or normal use of services. The Company is not responsible for the content or installation of linked mobile applications. Installation of the linked mobile application is entirely at your own risk. The responsibility of the mobile application installed through the link belongs to the member and the company is not responsible for the damage caused by the mental or physical damage.
